RESEPI Lite M2X

The RESEPI Lite M2X LiDAR payload integrates the Hesai XT-32 M2X LiDAR sensor with a tactical-grade GPS-aided inertial navigation system to deliver survey-grade accuracy in a lightweight, mission-efficient design. Featuring a stronger laser, triple-return scanning, and an extended detection range, the system supports longer flight times and wider area coverage while maintaining high point density and consistent accuracy. Built for professional aerial operations, this LiDAR payload also functions as a capable drone LiDAR scanner for complex terrain and vegetation-heavy environments.

Stronger laser, lighter weight

Cover more ground per flight

Almost a pound lighter than the RESEPI XT32 and equipped with a stronger laser featuring triple return capability, the RESEPI Lite M2X allows operators to fly longer and map larger areas per mission. The reduced payload weight improves flight efficiency while preserving detection range, point density, and overall data quality.

Tactical Grade IMU

A LiDAR unit is only as good as the IMU, and this is a great one

The system is built around the Inertial Labs IMU-P, an advanced MEMS-based, compact, self-contained tactical-grade inertial measurement unit. It measures linear accelerations, angular rates, pitch, and roll using three-axis high-grade MEMS accelerometers and tactical-grade MEMS gyroscopes, delivering accurate motion data in both static and dynamic flight conditions.

Third Return

Do more with this triple return scanner

Triple return scanning provides an additional data point for each laser pulse, enabling better object detection and surface classification. This added return improves feature extraction and is especially valuable for vegetation analysis where multiple canopy layers and ground surfaces must be accurately resolved.

This camera does more than just take pictures

Tighten your model with the 24MP camera

During point cloud colorization, image metadata becomes geotagged. These images can be converted into a 3D model or point cloud of their own. Because both datasets are geotagged, imagery and LiDAR data can be combined or used to supplement one another, resulting in more refined models and improved visual context for analysis.
