Payloads for Photogrammetry
Starter Photogrammetry Camera is the 24.3MP Sony a6000 payload which comes with 16-50mm Power Zoom lens, which offers 3X optical zoom while still giving you the full 24.3MP pictures. These payloads are great for the price point and offer great high resolution picture quality.
Advanced camera options For the situations in which you need higher than 24.3MP resolution size in pictures we offer the Sony Alpha 7R Series payloads with gimbal and a 35mm FE lens to acquire 42MP to 61MP full frame pictures. With this camera you will be able to see details like never before!
Our drones are all RTK compatible which is great to increase the accuracy of your 2D and 3D models using photogrammetry. To use the full capability of the RTK system you need to purchase a RTK base station from Wispr and the system is plug-n-play with our Smart controllers and ground control app.
Payloads for LiDAR
Tridar LiDAR payloads have many LiDAR sensor and camera options for the electrical utilities industry, such as AVIA (+/-3cm->5cm accuracy), Veledyne Ultra Puck (+/-2->5cm accuracy), Hasei (+/-2->5cm accuracy), and many more! The point clouds can be colorized by incorporating pictures with the Lidar payload! These LiDAR payloads are great for inspecting vegetation encroachment near powerlines when inspecting powerlines or traditional topographical mappping. LiDAR data is much quicker to process versus traditional photogrammetry and can pick up the actual powerlines which is an issue with photogrammetry as well.
GeoCue LiDAR payloads are another sensor we support with great all in one solution for LiDAR surveying. The topographical maps created with GeoCue's LiDAR payloads create high resolution colorized point clouds thanks to their oblique camera setup along with Hesai LiDAR Sensors (+/-2->5cm accuracy). This is also a great option for inspecting right away and topographical mapping!
Rock Robotics LiDAR payloads is a great entry level LiDAR product (+/-3cm->5cm accuracy), but powered with the Rock Robotics Cloud it is great for new LiDAR users!
