Specifications
Key EO/IR capabilities for inspection and public safety.
The RGB camera supports optical, digital, and super resolution zoom, using an 8.51 MP Exmor R CMOS sensor with a 0.4” sensor size. Video is captured at 4K resolution at 30 fps, enabling visual inspection across a wide range of distances, including large-area and public-infrastructure inspection environments.
The radiometric thermal camera captures imagery at 640 × 512 resolution and 60 Hz, with 1× to 8× digital zoom. Thermal sensitivity is rated at ≤ 50 mK (Vio F1 specification), allowing detection of thermal differences within the sensor’s operating range during inspection operations conducted by commercial and government teams.
The integrated laser rangefinder provides distance measurements from 0 to 2400 m at 1 Hz and 0 to 1200 m at 10 Hz, with a precision of 0.1 m to 0.5 m. Distance data can be used alongside RGB and thermal imagery.
The Gremsy Vio supports data embedding within captured imagery to identify points of interest. Live video streaming enables additional visibility during operations by allowing RGB and thermal video feeds to be viewed in real time.
